Matthew's Delight was made when my girlfriends son wanted my seasoning on chicken changed for his taste. Matthew and I worked together and came up with this wonderful blend of sea salt, paprika, Italian seasonings and other spices.
This blend is great on baked chicken, pork chops and steak. But it is even better on smoked chicken. - YUM!!!!!!
