I created this mixture of paprika, pepper, butter salt and other spices a few years ago. We were making veggies on the grill and wanted the flavor of butter.
Oops, we didn't have any butter in the house. But we did have butter salt (used for popcorn) and added it to our mixture of paprika and pepper.
As Bob Ross would say "There are no mistakes, only happy little accidents"
